We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with our fabric or product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Request
Before sending the product back, please contact our customer service team to confirm your return or exchange request. Only approved requests will be accepted.

Product Condition
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Approval & Process
Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will inspect the product. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Size Exchange Policy

If the customer receives the correct size as per their order but later finds that it doesn’t fit, an exchange can be made however, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
If the customer receives a wrong size or wrong product due to our mistake, we will bear the exchange shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
